By accessing or using REVAMP's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

REVAMP provides monthly services: Smart Website ($497/month), AI Receptionist ($497/month, unlimited), and Get Found ($597/month, $0 setup fee). Each service is separate and billed monthly. There is no setup fee.

Billing & Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. There is no setup fee. You may cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts.

Website Preview

A website preview shows what your business website could look like. It is not a completed website. There is no obligation to purchase after viewing a preview.

No Guarantees

REVAMP provides tools designed to help businesses capture and convert more opportunities. We do not guarantee specific results, customers, or revenue.

SMS Terms & A2P 10DLC Compliance

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you affirm that the number provided is a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS text messages, and you opt in to receive automated SMS text messages and calls from REVAMP, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, review requests, and service notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per month). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe and stop receiving SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates apply per your carrier plan. You may also contact us to update your communication preferences at any time.

REVAMP does not send promotional marketing messages via SMS without your explicit opt-in consent. SMS communications are transactional and operational in nature (appointment reminders, follow-ups, review requests). Messages are sent via a toll-free number or registered long code number under A2P 10DLC carrier guidelines. REVAMP records and retains your opt-in consent for carrier compliance and audit purposes.

Limitation of Liability

REVAMP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
